This Privacy Notice has been prepared to inform you about your personal data processed by Trend Erk Yatırım Enerji Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("Trend Enerji", the "Company") as data controller, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

2. Personal Data Processed

When you fill out the contact and quote forms on our website, we process your full name, phone number, email address, the content of your request (system type, consumption details, your note) and, where you choose to share it, your electricity bill image/document.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Preparing a preliminary assessment and feasibility study specific to your request and project,
• Contacting you to carry out the site survey/quote process,
• Answering your questions and tracking the history of your request,
• Fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely that processing is "directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract," is based on the "legitimate interest of the data controller," and/or on your explicit consent.

5. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing, subject to the statutory limitation periods set out in applicable legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

6. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it if it is, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request its deletion or destruction, and to request that these operations be notified to the third parties to whom your data has been transferred. 7. Data Security

Documents you upload, such as an electricity bill, are stored solely for the purpose of processing your quote request; they are never made publicly accessible over the web and are viewed only by our authorized staff.
